Recipe Sharing – sometimes it just takes a little extra “something” to turn the ordinary into something special – here’s a perfect pork roast example.
Any type of Pork Roast.
Add some water in a pan.
Do a rub of fresh or dried sage along with some ground pepper. I also add some fresh, minced, of garlic powder.
Add a few sprigs of fresh Rosemary into the water. Take about three sprigs and lay them across the top of the roast. I also will add some fresh garlic chives.
Bake or grill the roast and you have a wonderful fresh herb flavor. I have done this recipe for years and each time I may add a little different herb to give my family a little different taste. Herbs are wonderful to cook with.
