Recipe Sharing - a retirement easy-to-make recipe that’s an enticing addition to any meal – (Editor’s note: they’ll be coming back for more – I did.)

Preheat oven to 400

2 Cans creamed corn
1 Can canned corn (liquid drained)
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 TBSP Butter
1 tsp flour
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Blend both cans of corn in baking dish with eggs; add remaining ingredients and blend. Bake 45-60 minutes at 400. To test, insert butter knife. If knife comes out clean the corn is ready.
